Step 1:

Let’s begin your iris drawing. The iris flower is intricate when you start drawing it. We will begin with the iris flower drawing by sketching its petals. The petals of the iris flower are reduced and behind the flower’s sepal. We can draw an iris flower by using some curved lines that are wavy in shape. The petals have wavy shape borders. You can use reference images as guidance for further details. Draw a flower by overlapping curved lines with wavy-like edges that look intricate. Then draw a little bud on which a new flower can grow.

In 2nd step, we will draw the stem of the iris flower. The branch of the iris flower is erect and straight. We draw the vertical stem of the iris flower by using two parallel lines. At the top, we will draw a bud-like structure from which flowers emerge. Then we will outline the long and slender sword-like leaves of the flower. We will draw the leaves by using curved lines and joining them at the top with a round shape. We will draw three leaves of a flower on the right side.
