Step 1:

Now draw a curve for the head of the cobra. Now draw the mouth of the cobra. The mouth of the cobra contains the upper fangs, which are long and pointed. 

The cobra’s fangs are the teeth that transfer venom to their prey. They are hollow, needle-like teeth. We must draw the curve and pointed shape to draw sharp, needle-like fangs. The fangs will extend down from the roof of the mouth.
